Wheels Tapered on Two Sides

Tapered double side grinding wheel is a kind of grinding tool with bevel edges made by mixing abrasive and binder at first, then pressing, drying, and roasting. Both sides of a tapered double side grinding wheel are tapered. Tapered double side grinding wheel is equivalent to a rack, so the motion of it is equivalent to a gear engaged with a fixed rack. At the time of processing, in addition to the main motion of rotation, the grinding wheel also does longitudinal straight linear motion in order to grind out the whole tooth width. The motion of it is the same as that of a dish grinding wheel.
