Use on:
• Die grinder
• Rotary grinder
• Pencil grinder
• Dremel rotary tools
*DO NOT use on portable power drill. They run too slow and may result it chipping.

Deburring of edge and plane surface,
Use on steel, hardened steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals,
Ceramics, plastics, hardwood, etc.
Standard cut, much longer life than HSS cutters.
For longer life, use with a cooling agent such as bur saver water, or oil.
Importante note on selection and operating speeds.
Carbide burrs are available in many shapes, sizes and cuts.
Selecting the right carbide burrs for a particular job involves a few factors: material to be ground, grinding speed, desired shape and required finish.
Solid carbide burrs are precision ground on fully automatic grinding machines using diamond wheels. As a result, a concentric tool is produced, with sharp and uniform teeth.
This very popular type of carbide burr is built for efficient metal removal and works particularly well at high RPM’s.
Before using any carbide burr, be certain that to check the maximum recommended speed chart, since speed recommendations vary according to the type of buss, burr diameter and material being removed or finished.
Safety in the workplace is as important as any consideration.
Wear eye protection.
